Cancellation made with at least 24 hours notice will not incur a cancellation fee.
If a booking is cancelled by customer within 24 hours from the start of the period of hire, 50% of fare will be charged.
If a booking is cancelled by customer within 6 hours from the start of the period of hire, 100% of fare will be charged.
If the customer does not appear at the time and place designated as the pickup point, 100% of fare will be charged.
Waiting time is charged at £20 per hour. The first 15 minutes of waiting time are automatically included in our charges, thereafter we charge waiting time by 20 minute increments at the rate published. Please note that we do not charge waiting time for Airport pick ups as we monitor flights, unless client wishes to go to the the lounge to freshen up or get some food after landing and we are not notified in advance.
Any job quoted for a set fee for a specific journey including hours and miles to be travelled is calculated on the information received at that time, and any excess hours or miles travelled over and above that quoted, will be charged at the standard rate.
Online quotations do not allow for public and bank holidays like Christmas Day or New Years Eve where there may be an additional surcharge. Please indicate on the quote form if your proposed booking is for a bank holiday or on any other special date.
Any damage to the vehicle inside or out caused by the client or the clients guests neglectful acts shall be paid for in full, together with loss of earnings if the vehicle has to be removed from the fleet for repair at the current daily hire rate for that vehicle.
When carrying luggage, all hard cases or boxes etc, must be placed in the boot. Only a reasonable amount of hand luggage may, with the chauffeur’s approval, be carried inside the car.
Whilst we do our utmost to ensure our drivers are punctual, you will understand that we cannot accept responsibility for delays caused by circumstances that are beyond our control.
